Charleston 2. Environmental PartnerWell respected regional law firm with small but high-quality environmental group needs to add traditional air, water and waste practice, with CAA experience especially helpful. Modest book helpful.

Columbia 1 Traditional Environmental PartnerColumbia office of Am Law client needs to add a new traditional environmental partner. Some portable business helpful, but hourly rate above $500-$600/hour more important than book; Successful candidate will inherit significant environmental business of retiring partner.

Columbia 2. Traditional Environmental PartnerColumbia office of smaller to midsized well respected southern regional law firm needs to add a traditional, air, water and waste partner with $400K+ in portable business at about $500/hour rate; Firm has about $100 to $300 in existing client business for the right lawyer.

Charleston or Columbia – Environmental Due Diligence, Counselling and Permitting Partner Leading elite virtual or “cloud based” law firm needs partner to work with its  Real Estate, M&A, and  restructuring teams to service needs of existing clients; Ideal lawyer will have $500+ in annual  originations; 10+ years of prior Am Law 200 firm  experience; Solid experience working as a member of an M&A team and/or Restructuring teams; Good understanding of  site remediation CERCLA and Brownfields development  a real plus. The successful candidate will: be the only environmental lawyer in a national firm of over 75 lawyers; receive substantial work from other lawyers with clients requiring environmental services and hold onto 70% of the originations and revenues that he/she generate.
