Step 1 We decide if it makes sense to consider a lateral move, and if so; prepare your “Redacted Profile”; review our database for matches, and; submit your Redacted Profile to firms that interest you.
Step 2 I will obtain detailed information that you need to confirm your continuing interest, in a firm(s) and with your prior express authorization, disclose your identity to the agreed upon individual at firms of interest.
Step 3 I will schedule an introductory breakfast or lunch with firms ready to move forward; additional meetings as needed , and assist you (for partners) in completing and submitting your Lateral Partner Questionnaire(s).
